“What would it be like to have some time out from every day routine in order to breathe deeply and listen to your body, inside and outside?
And to let the energy and rhythm around your body flow?
An invitation to resonate and connect – an invitation for a dance.
The laboratory is a space for an experiment with the movements in the process of becoming – in-between. It includes physical training, exploration in guided improvisation and employs various movement methodologies including that of butoh and post-modern dance.
The laboratory aims to cherish and affirm this experimentation of a life by an individual and between individuals and a research into a personal and yet collective language of dance.“
No dance experience is required, although participants will be required to be open to experiments and have resilience in their own way.
